1. What are the cut-off dates for guaranteed delivery for upcoming holidays?
Orders for upcoming holidays must be placed by the following dates (Guaranteed holiday arrival):

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please note the available time for each variety of citrus. If fruit is ordered out of season, we will substitue the best variety available.

2. What are the shipping and handling charges?

Please add $9.95 per package for Shipping & Handline in the continental U.S. Please call for shipping information to Arizona, California, Louisiana or Texas.

3. How long does it take for a package to arrive?

Normal delivery time is 7 to 10 days from the time the order is shipped, not the order date on citrus.

Citrus Country Groves delivers packages to:

  • The Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii
  • Canadian Provinces of Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes.

6. How do you ship your packages?

Our products are shipped in climate-controlled trucks to a distribution center near you. The package is then delivered right to your door by the US Post Office. Years of experience have proven this is the best method for our products.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we’ll send either a replacement or a refund.

8. How secure is your online ordering?

Citrus Country Groves wants you to know that your online orders are secure. Our software ensures a secure environment for sensitive data. All orders are placed through a compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser, which scrambles private data such as credit card numbers while they are being transmitted. The SSL ensures that unintended parties cannot intercept private information.

Standard shipping and handling:

Please add $9.95 per package for Shipping & Handling in the continental U.S.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates

Express Shipping
Please call for rates.

standard handling charge. For packages over 10 Pounds, rates are based on total weight and delivery zone, plus our standard handling charge.

Express Shipping is available for all of the continental United States. For Canada, please call 1-800-940-2601 for rates.

Most orders placed by 10 a.m. can be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Please allow at least 4 business days prior to a holiday when requesting Express Shipping.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
For gift items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 1-800-940-2601 for rates.

We are unable to ship to Hawaii at this time.

In very rare instances, we may need to make a substitution to your order due to weather or shipment delays. Be assured that the item we substitute will be of equal or greater value than the item you ordered.

Sales Tax
For all non-food, candy, or candy-coated gift items shipped within the State of Florida, please add 7% sales tax.
