When you place an order, Citrus Country Groves requests information such as contact information, credit card number and demographic information. Your credit card information is used for the sole purpose of billing you for products and services. Use of Gift Recipient Information

Information collected about gift recipients is used for the sole purpose of shipping gift items. Information may be removed or modified by you at any time. Recipients may request to be removed by contacting our Customer Service Department by E-mail or telephone at 1-800-788-2996.

Testimonials

Information collected as a testimonial is used by permission only on our Web site, or in other printed material at our discretion, and is not used for any other purpose. E-mail addresses associated with testimonials are not stored in any database and are not shared with third parties. We reserve the right to make modifications to testimonials with respect to grammatical or spelling errors.

Contests

To participate in our contests, you will be required to supply contact and demographic information. Citrus Country Groves uses this data to send you information about the company. E-mail A Friend

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and E-mail address. Citrus Country Groves will automatically send the friend a one-time E-mail inviting them to visit the Site. Citrus Country Groves uses this information for the sole purpose of sending a one-time E-mail and is not stored in any database.

Use of Cookies

Citrus Country Groves uses cookies to maintain the state(session) of your visit, and to improve the performance of the shopping cart system. No personally identifiable information is stored, including user names and passwords. If your browser is set to reject cookies, you can still browse the site but will be unable to take advantage of online ordering and our personalized gift services.

We do not collect or use any online contact information or identifiable off-line contact information about a child without parental consent. We do not distribute personally identifiable information about children without parental consent. We do not give children the ability to post or distribute personal information without prior consent. We do not entice children with games or contests that would encourage them to disclose personal information.

Opt-In/Opt-Out Specials and Promotions

Citrus Country Groves allows users to opt-out of receiving E-mail Specials and Promotions from us. To opt out of our E-mail Specials and Promotions list, please login to your account at the top of any page, and click on the Specials Sign-Up page, or by sending your E-mail address with "Unsubscribe" as the subject line to Unsubscribe@Citrus Country Groves.
